Enjoy every moment as if it were your last. Today I want to remind you all to take time to smell the flowers. Sometimes taking a much needed breath of fresh air can clear you of any negativity and open you up for some positive flow. If you're finding that you're getting frustrated at work or you just can't figure something out, take a step back and breath. Have a 5 minute meditation, right there at your desk! I mean really, is 5 minutes going to take away from anything? This will allow you to chill out, get a new perspective and come back refreshed and ready to tackle that problem or question. It can feel like we just have no time to spare these days but that is just a load of baloney. We can all afford a 5 minute meditation a day and it really does help ones mind to calm down and create less stress in your life. Even switching up the regular routine can help, like taking your lunch to the nearest park instead of just the lunch room can clear you of that stagnant energy you might be feeling. So remember, it's important to take time to smell the roses, I mean we can all use a little less stress in our lives.
