Change is Good

I've Remodeled!

I thought it was about time for some change so I've spent the past few weeks updating every aspect of my website I could think of. I've also changed all of my newsletters layouts, page layouts, and added a few extra fun things as well!

Many people I find have a problem with change though. They have strong beliefs that hold them back from that next step all because they fear change. Fear is one of our biggest obstacles when it comes to achieving our dreams and reaching great heights. We let our fear guide our life and choices instead of our hearts. One of my favourite quotes goes "too many people are not living their dreams because they are living their fears." It's so true that people will fight tooth and nail because they don't want to change, yet when they look around they aren't happy with their life. So why if you aren't happy with your life are you not willing to try something new to change it? The fear of the unknown is one of the greatest fears of all. Too many people get in their own heads about those "what if's." What if I fail? What if people judge me? What if I try hard but it's not good enough? Well to all of you I say this: YOU'RE ASKING THE WRONG QUESTIONS! You need to start using more empowering word choices. Instead of the bad what if's use the good ones! What if I DO succeed? What if people what to help me? What if I make it big? What if I do so well for myself I don't know what to do with all that money? These are much more empowering sayings to use because it gets your mind thinking in a different way, it started creating ideas and dreams. Don't get in the way of yourself anymore by letting fear rule your life. There is already enough people out there who will try and stop you or bring you down without you needing to be one of them. From now on make a conscious decision to use empowering words and phrases to describe yourself and your situation. Once you start doing this I promise you that you will start to see amazing changes in your life.

With Gratitude,
